Fwd: Thinking Virtual Summit

In November 2023, I developed the content strategy for Tessian's annual virtual symposium called Fwd: Thinking. The format was 5, 20-minute speaking sessions that were pre-recorded and edited to be run as a simulated live stream experience on LinkedIn, YouTube, and the Tessian website. In my role, I wrote the session titles, abstracts, and discussion guides for executive and customer guest speakers, as well as the script for our event host. I also attended recording sessions with our production company to prep our guest speakers and also record promotional clips for our LinkedIn channel.
On the promotional side, I launched an employee advocacy program to boost event registration and expand reach. The team's digital marketing efforts (email, organic + paid social) generated over 480 registrations with a 22.7% MQL rate. This MQL percentage was higher than the previous year due to better targeting efforts overall. Our organic LinkedIn efforts received over 20,000 cumulative impressions.
